This is a great product, although this product may not be suitable for all person, it does the job its suppose to do. If you dont have a regular bowel movement then you may end up taking the max of 3 pills twice a day. But please be aware you may expiernce major cramping (a sign to let you know GO NOW!).
Ive been doing the colone cleanse on a regular for over 6months, and now i only do 1 pill twice a day and i dont get the major cramps since when i first started using the product. You use for 14 days, then of course give your body a rest as it says to do when you read the directions.
