Safety Information
Use 35ul capillary blood collector to ensure proper size blood sample is used for multi-panel lipid panel; 15ul capillary blood collector is optional when using single-panel test strips

coronary heart disease and other risk factors: age (men 45 and up, women 55 and up), family history, smoking, high blood pressure, low HDL cholesterol, diabetes
