These are FANTASTIC vitamins. I can actually tell a difference if I forget to take them for a few days. I tried these after Olay quit making vitamins (I used to love the Olay Beauty and Wellness Vitamins in the black box). These seem to be ALMOST the same (same packaging, same format, etc.) and I find it curious that Olay and Naturemade have the same "parent" company. Whatever. As long as I get my vitamins :)
