Directions
Use body brush daily on DRY skin - apply approx. 10 firm upward strokes, great for the entire body. After dry brushing, apply to the treatment area using a cotton pad and allow drying. Carefully snap off top of the A+B Ampoule using a tissue - apply the whole ampoule to the problem areas. Mix a quarter size portion of Afina and Aferligne in the palm of your hands and apply evenly over the ampoule, massage until completely absorbed by the skin. Apply body lotion for the entire body.
